The Aero 2 grips by ergotec distribute the pressure acting on your hands and fingers over a larger surface. This provides relief for your hands and prevents fatigue and muscle tension. Thanks to different grip lengths, the Aero 2 grips allow for the installation of twist shifters (e.g. Rohloff, Nexus, Alfine etc.)
